- Complyn is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared or lost passwords.

5. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. Complyn does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Complyn reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the services in case of violation of the Terms of Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
